Two distinct services for commercial building exteriors: professional cleaning for dirt and organic growth, or restoration where fading, oxidation and coating failure need more than a clean.
We assess the surface and its condition before recommending the right approach.
For removing surface dirt and contamination without presenting the work as restoration.
For faded, oxidised or degraded surfaces where cleaning alone will not correct the appearance.
This completed metal façade shows the result of our restoration service: the surface is cleaned and prepared, oxidation is addressed where required, and a suitable specialist protective coating is applied.
The method changes with the material, condition, contamination and required finish.
We select a specialist Pro Clean Xtreme cleaning or restoration system for the particular surface. We do not use one process on every building.
A controlled method for suitable brick, stone, render and other robust surfaces, selected only after assessing the material and condition.
Depending on the surface, we may use low-pressure steam, softwashing, a purified-water system or our own specialist non-corrosive method for metal cladding.
We may be confident in the method without a test patch. Where the condition is uncertain—or the client wants proof before committing—we can agree a suitable test area first.
Every commercial job is assessed for access, working height, surface condition, people, vehicles and the surrounding property.
Where practical, work can be phased around site operations. Weekend work may help reduce conflicts with parked vehicles, deliveries or busy access routes.
Photographs and Google Earth can help us give an early indication, but every commercial quotation is confirmed by a site visit.

We issue a formal quotation. If accepted, both parties sign a pre-work agreement before the job begins.

Windows, fencing and surrounding surfaces affected during our work are cleaned before we leave. This is part of protecting the building and property—not a separate window-cleaning service.
On completion, the agreed areas are checked and the client receives a service report with photographic evidence.
