Our equipment stays at the vehicle where practical, with hoses routed safely to each work area.
We use professional hot-water pressure and steam-cleaning systems with the lowest effective pressure and temperature for the surface. Hoses, couplings, triggers and safety devices are checked before use.
Depending on the surface and contamination, the agreed method may use controlled pressure, steam or a substrate-appropriate softwash. A discreet test area is completed where needed before the full clean progresses.
Before starting, we agree the working areas, hours, water point, drainage controls, parking restrictions and any routes that must remain available.
The client must arrange for agreed parking bays and work areas to be cleared. We do not move customers’ or occupants’ vehicles. Obstructed sections are resequenced or left and recorded.

Yes, vehicles and possessions must be removed from each agreed section before cleaning. Pro Clean Xtreme will not move them. Any blocked area is resequenced or left and recorded.
Yes. An authorised water point with suitable access and flow is essential. The exact connection and hose route are confirmed before mobilisation.
Drainage is assessed during planning. Depending on the site, agreed controls may include drain covers, bunding, recovery equipment and controlled disposal.
No cleaning method can guarantee the removal of every permanent stain. We use the safest effective approach and report contamination that cannot be removed without risking surface damage.
