Tailored cleaning for metal, tiled and suitable flat roofs, with rooflights cleaned as part of the agreed roof scope and solar panels priced separately.
We assess the roof covering, its condition, the contamination and safe access before selecting the cleaning method.
Controlled cleaning for coated metal roof sheets, including preparation before another contractor paints the surface.
Moss and organic growth are removed using a method selected for the roof’s condition, helping reduce retained moisture and loose debris.
Removal of moss, algae and general dirt can improve access for later roof inspections and maintenance.
Commercial roofs often combine tiles, metal, flat areas, rooflights, solar equipment and drainage. The site visit allows each element to be assessed and itemised correctly.
A clean removes contamination. It does not restore ageing, discolouration, coating wear or previous damage.
We do not use one process on every roof. Pressure, heat, treatment and agitation are adjusted to suit the material and condition.
Heavy deposits are removed in a controlled working area, with the roof, drainage points and surrounding property protected throughout.
Depending on the roof, we may use low-pressure steam, softwashing, purified water or our own specialist cleaning method. Treatments are used only where suitable and required.
Rooflights are normally included within the agreed commercial roof-cleaning scope. Cleaning removes surface dirt and organic contamination that can restrict light reaching the shop floor or workspace.
Where suitable, we use very low pressure, low heat and a fan jet. Fragile-looking rooflights may instead be pre-treated and rinsed at low pressure.
Solar-panel cleaning is itemised separately so the client can clearly see the cost and choose whether to include it.
Purified water cleaning.
An approved treatment may be used to soften deposits before controlled agitation and a purified-water rinse.
Clean panels support effective operation, but we do not guarantee a specific performance increase.
Access is selected following the site assessment. We use a MEWP wherever practical and may use an existing suitable man-safe system where the assessment permits.
Work can be phased around the client’s operations to reduce conflicts with vehicles, deliveries and busy areas.
Photographs and Google Earth can help us give an early indication, but every commercial quotation is confirmed by a site visit.
Share the site address, areas required, photographs and any known access restrictions.
We inspect the roof materials, condition, access, surrounding property and working arrangements before confirming scope and price.
We issue a formal quotation. If accepted, both parties sign a pre-work agreement before the job begins.
We carry out the agreed work, complete checks and photographs, then provide a service report.
Any windows, façades, fencing or surrounding surfaces affected by our roof-cleaning work are cleaned before we leave.
If the roof covering is uncertain, the client must provide the relevant asbestos register or survey before work can proceed.
Visible damaged sheets, cracked tiles, failed seals or other defects are photographed and recorded. Repairs are not included within this cleaning service.
Send photographs for an initial assessment. We will arrange the site visit needed to confirm the roof materials, access, cleaning method, scope and price.
Photos are useful, not compulsory. You can also send them later by WhatsApp.
We clean a broad range of suitable metal, tiled and flat roofs. We do not clean asbestos-containing or felt roofs.
Rooflights are normally included within the agreed roof-cleaning scope. Their condition and cleaning method are confirmed during the site visit.
Solar-panel cleaning is shown as a separate item on the quotation, allowing the client to decide whether to include it.
Commercial gutter clearance can be included as a separately itemised service. The required runs and access are confirmed during the site visit.
Photographs and Google Earth can support a rough estimate. We always carry out a site visit before confirming the commercial scope and price.
No. This page covers cleaning only. We can clean and prepare suitable metal roofing before another contractor paints it, and we report visible defects found during the work.
