Our cleaning equipment requires a steady water supply. While we are working, please avoid using washing machines, dishwashers, showers, baths, hosepipes or other high-water-use appliances. Reduced water flow can mean we have to stop and wait for the supply to recover.
Where possible, please arrange for other tradespeople to attend on a different day. Roof cleaning is messy while underway, and our team needs regular access around the property. We arrive with a truck, van, cherry picker and trailer, so the working and parking areas need to remain clear.

On arrival, we notify neighbours where necessary, explain the risk of overspray and ask for nearby vehicles to be moved.
Plants, flower beds, gravel and other vulnerable areas are protected with tarpaulins.
