In most cases, online imagery and any photographs supplied give us what we need to prepare your quotation without a separate site visit.

Please tell us which service you require, which parts of the property are included, the number of storeys and any access restrictions. You can submit your details without photos and send them later on WhatsApp.
We review any photographs supplied and look at the property using Google imagery. We assess the house, garage, extension or conservatory areas requested, along with the visible access requirements.
We send your quotation based on the information available. If you’re happy to proceed, we book the work straight in for a suitable date and confirm the simple preparation needed before we arrive.
We confirm the agreed areas and check that access and ground conditions are suitable before setting up our equipment.
Please clear the driveway and patio of vehicles, furniture and moveable items where possible.
Please make sure the property’s windows are fully closed before external cleaning begins.
On arrival, we confirm which gutters and external surfaces are included in the quotation.
Ladders or access equipment are positioned only after the working area and ground conditions have been checked.
The three options are kept clearly separate so you can request exactly what your property needs.
The inside of the gutters and outlets are cleared manually.
Cleaning the outside faces of the property’s roofline and uPVC.
Our complete package combines gutter clearance with external white cleaning.
We do not use gutter vacuums. Working at gutter level allows us to see what needs removing, clear the outlets properly and deal with compacted moss, leaves, roots and debris that can be difficult to reach from the ground.
It gives the operator a direct view of the gutter and outlet instead of relying only on what a vacuum hose can reach.
Removed moss, leaves, roots and debris are collected and taken away from the property.
We confirm that the working area is suitable before ladders or access equipment are set up.
Suitable ladders are normally used to access the gutters on one- and two-storey homes.
Leaves, moss, roots and other debris are removed manually so the gutter channels can be seen and properly cleared.
We pay particular attention to the outlets, where debris often collects and causes blockages.
For guttering above conservatories or other difficult areas, we use a telescopic pole with a gutter attachment to draw debris towards an accessible point before removing it.
Once the gutters and outlets are clear, any suspected blockage in an accessible above-ground downpipe is checked. Where needed, the downpipe is disconnected and flushed.
For three-storey properties, we can use our own 21-metre tracked cherry picker where access and ground conditions allow.
Debris generated by the work is collected, taken away and responsibly disposed of.
Our gutter-clearance service covers the gutters, outlets and accessible above-ground downpipes. Underground drainage and blockages below ground level are not included and remain outside our responsibility.
Choose external roofline cleaning on its own, or combine it with the manual gutter clearance for the complete service.
We clean the exterior surfaces using a water-fed pole system.
This is a cleaning service rather than a restoration. Permanent discolouration, weathering and some water marks may remain.
This brings the inside and outside work together in one visit.
We finish the work with a clear visual check and let you know if we have seen anything that may need attention.
We take photographs to show the areas before and after the work.
The completed areas are checked before our equipment is packed away.
We let you know about visible damaged guttering, leaking joints, loose brackets or broken sections.
Where suitable, minor repairs can be carried out if they are agreed and quoted separately.
